"Only connect! That was the whole of her sermon. Only connect the prose and the passion, and both will be exalted, and human love will be seen at its height. Live in fragments no longer." — E.M. Forster

I've considered myself a writer since the mid-90s, using words to better understand my reality, and clarify my ideas. Over the past quarter-century I've written on group work, facilitation, corporate life, oppression, social change, love, addiction, education, theology, personhood and relationship. In 1999 I co-authored the workbook, Redefining Success: groupwork with young people, and in 2013 I collected together a set of thirty-nine essays on people, process and culture into a book entitled The People's Scrum: agile ideas for revolutionary transformation. I write to connect; I write for an integrated life.

These days I post only infrequently on public forums, preferring to write for a smaller readership through my monthly newsletter. I'm currently working on a book intended to weave the different threads of my experience into a tapestry of citizenship. Progress is slow. It may never happen. Or it may become something different altogether.

For now, you can read my words and hear my voice in various places across the internet.
